How My Journey Began

Coaching CHANGED my life after my divorce.

I was stuck in survival mode.

I made it through the divorce but wasn't having fun in my new life.

I felt emotionally depleted by my Ex and my kids (ages 2 & 6).

Things felt hard: money, work, scheduling, mom guilt, and loneliness.

So I turned to food, scrolling social media and Netflix to feel better.

But it wasn't working-- instead, I was feeling worse.

I had problems sleeping, lacked energy, snapped at my kids, and was constantly worried about what my Ex might do next.

Therapy had helped me grieve my marriage, but it wasn’t helping me create what came next.

Then I heard a podcast about Life Coaching and decided to hire my first coach.

WOWZERS!

My coach helped me create the vision for my dream life and to start taking practical steps to make it happen.

Now I help other parents do the same!

Every day, I help my clients:

  • feel less stress & anxiety

  • be at ease with all things co-parenting (no matter what their Ex does or says)

  • live as a calmer, more playful parent (aka less yelling more laughing)

  • start dating in a fun & empowering way.

  • get more confident managing (& earning more) money.

  • show up much more confident, capable, & sexy AF in all areas of their lives.

If it's possible for me and my clients-- then it's possible for YOU too!

A Bit More About Meg

My home is on an island in Puget Sound, just North of Seattle, Washington.

I have 2 kids, 9 and 13, and have been divorced since they were 2 & 6.

I love learning! I have a Bachelors in Biological & Environmental Engineering, a Masters in Sustainable Business, am a Certified MotherWoman perinatal support group facilitator, and a Certified Life & Business Coach.

I am active in the Collaborative Divorce community in Washington and am honored to be mentored by co-parenting expert Karen Bonnell.

In my free time, I love to hike with friends, listen to live marimba music, play “Cover Your Assets” with my kiddos, and do skinny dips in the sound!
